As part of a global expansion strategy, the company has set up a key Sofia technology team of Software Architects, Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers and Technical Support Specialists. Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Your job in brief:
You will own the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from the discovery meeting with hiring managers, sourcing, screening candidates to submit the most qualified candidates to the hiring team - participating in the interview process, have a word in the hiring decision and completing offer negotiations. Your primary aim - developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of demand. Some of the other responsibilities you will have:
- Mentor less experienced members of the TA team
- Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing and advertising that will minimize the time it takes to fill positions
- Provide an exceptional experience to internal stakeholders and candidates
- Create employer branding campaigns to promote the company image to candidates and external service providers
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals along with job fairs and recruiting events
- Identify gaps in the recruitment/interview process and provide recommendations for improvement
- Document candidate evaluation and interview process
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Marketing or other relevant major.
- 3+ years experience in recruitment, selection and a good understanding of the IT labour market.
- Fluent English- verbal and written.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a high level of initiative.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills as well as attention to detail.
- Flexibility, independence, responsibility, organizational skills, and time management.
- Demonstration of skills to solve problems and their prevention
