Our world-class team has delivered sites for over 25 brands with more than 170 sites across 34 markets.

As part of a global expansion strategy, the company has set up a key Sofia technology team of Software Architects, Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers and Technical Support Specialists. In order to support our company strategy, we are currently looking for a talented person for the role of:

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your job in brief:

You will own the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from the discovery meeting with hiring managers, sourcing, screening candidates to submit the most qualified candidates to the hiring team - participating in the interview process, have a word in the hiring decision and completing offer negotiations. Your primary aim - developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of demand. Some of the other responsibilities you will have:

  • Mentor less experienced members of the TA team
  • Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing and advertising that will minimize the time it takes to fill positions
  • Provide an exceptional experience to internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Create employer branding campaigns to promote the company image to candidates and external service providers
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals along with job fairs and recruiting events
  • Identify gaps in the recruitment/interview process and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Document candidate evaluation and interview process

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Marketing or other relevant major.
  • 3+ years experience in recruitment, selection and a good understanding of the IT labour market.
  • Fluent English- verbal and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a high level of initiative.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills as well as attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, independence, responsibility, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Demonstration of skills to solve problems and their prevention
