We have a proven track record for delivering, managing and innovating multi-channel commerce platforms for major international brands and retailers including Clarins, Asda Direct, adidas and many more. Our world-class team has delivered sites for over 25 brands with more than 170 sites across 34 markets.

As part of a global expansion strategy, the company has set up a key Sofia technology team of Software Architects, Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers and Technical Support Specialists. In order to support our company strategy, we are currently looking for talented people for the role of:

Office Manager

Your job in brief:

  • You will ensure the smooth running of the Isobar office on a day-to-day basis and manage a small team of administrative associates.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves
  • Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Consistently seek to minimize costs through the adoption of new practices and supplier
  • As the first point of contact with the landlord, you will ensure all issues, complaints and Hamp;S risks are communicated in a timely fashion
  • Arranging all catering for external and internal meetings
  • Management of all office supplies Kitchen, Stationery, Furniture, Telecommunications, Printers etc. and ensuring that all stock is replenished in a timely manner
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative personnel
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Using a range of software packages

Requirements

  • 3+ years of office management xperience, office of 100 + employees and preferably at the IT sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong drive and self-motivated ability to get things done independently with minimum direction
  • Proactive ability to pre-empt issues that may arise (especially in relation to the office operations)
  • Attention to detail taking care of the smaller things that may otherwise be overlooked, and ensuring delivery of the highest standard in all areas of the role
  • Good interpersonal skills works well with team members, customers and guests
  • Confident and Assertive ability to negotiate with suppliers and ensure that internal staff are given guidance on processes and policies
  • Very good command of English language - written and spoken
