Due to continued business expansion, we are looking for Junior Business Analyst to join our team based in Varna.
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be focused on ensuring the quality of business requirements for internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements analysis and project design
- Collect and collate business requirements
- Act as a point of reference for business requirements and stakeholder support
- Provide clarification on product features and their use
- Update existing documentation and create new documentation whenever necessary
- Work closely with various project teams to align expectations
- Participate in testing to validate proper following of requirements
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills and good orientation and understanding of business processes
- Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and draw conclusions
- Ability to create systematic and consistent requirement specifications
- Experience as a technical writer/business analyst is a plus
- Experience in working with technical teams is a plus
- Experience in software testing is a plus
- Software related education is a plus
- Experience with task management tools (Jira; Trello; Teamwork) is a plus
