Isobar Commerce (previously known as eCommera) provides global retailers with a single source for expertise, technology, and operational support. We have a proven track record for delivering, managing and innovating multi-channel commerce platforms for major international brands and retailers including Clarins, Asda Direct, adidas and many more. Our world-class team has delivered sites for over 25 brands with more than 170 sites across 34 markets.

As part of a global expansion strategy, the company has set up a key Sofia technology team of Software Architects, Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers and Technical Support Specialists. In order to support our company strategy, we are currently looking for talented people for the role of:

Talent Acquisition Lead

The purpose of the role is to drive the recruitment process and lifecycle to meet the business requirements.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Defines and implements the recruitment plan in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Ensures diligence of the end to end hiring process for all positions and parties involved.
  • Actively provides data-driven insights that would improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Leads by example a small team of Talent Acquisition specialists.
  • Actively engages in the recruitment process.
  • Advises on high profile recruitment cases.
  • Researches and implements new ways of sourcing/attracting candidates.
  • Optimizes the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs.
  • Plans and maximizes the value of recruitment events.


Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources or other relevant major.
  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, selection and a good understanding of the IT labor market.
  • Fluent English- verbal and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a high level of initiative.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, independence, responsibility, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Demonstration of skills to solve problems and their prevention.
