Our world-class team has delivered sites for over 25 brands with more than 170 sites across 34 markets.

As part of a global expansion strategy, the company has set up a key Sofia technology team of Software Architects, Software Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers and Technical Support Specialists. In order to support our company strategy, we are currently looking for talented people for the role of:

EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for in-scope, in-time, in-quality delivery of large-scale project/program in the e-commerce industry;
  • Responsible for daily project management, ensuring project/program progress visibility;
  • Definition of ways-of-working with customer and adherence to agreed governance models;
  • Responsible for preparation of high-level release plans;
  • Responsible for story prioritization in collaboration with other roles in the project/program;
  • Accountable for shaping the necessary resources and skills for building a successful project/program team and on-time selection of team members;
  • Facilitation when and where needed for clarification and capturing of client requirements in order to meet identified business needs;
  • Ensuring all client deliverables are available with required quality and in time;
  • Responsible for risk tracking and management;
  • Responsible for customer sign-off for project/program or phases of these;
  • Responsible for maintaining project/program budget, financial planning and monthly invoicing;
  • Drives communications and alignment between other projects (s) and program teams;
  • Builds strong relationships and collaborates with other managers, executive sponsors, program steering committee members, and vendor partners;
  • Ensure strategic metrics/KPI's are in place and monitor progress against them;
  • Contribution to company processes, standards and methodologies.
  • Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience of in program/project management role;
  • Hands-on experience delivering programs/projects, using Agile methodologies;
  • Experience in the field of e-commerce platforms and retail business;
  • Fluent in financial terms and principles;
  • Strong experience in working with MS office tools and Project management tools;
  • A self-starter motivated to take ownership of projects and drive tasks to completion;
  • Problem-solving attitude, combined with analytical thinking and objective decision making;
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills;
  • Agility and ability to perform in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment;
  • Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritize and meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent verbal and written English;
  • Advantages:

  • Strong understanding of SDLC Lifecycle;
