Due to continued business expansion, we have created a new position for a Business Trainer Specialist team based in Varna.
Business Trainer Specialist will work within the Transfermate Product Team reporting to the Senior managers, Software Projects Management | PMO. The specialist will be responsible to enhance the knowledge across Product Team staff members to ensure that the Product team are fully up to date and compliant. The Business Trainer specialist will be also designing and executing training programs to match the Product Team needs.
Responsibilities:
- Write training material in the form of Manuals and User Guides and ensure these are kept up-to-date and available in real time across the board.
- Monitor software releases and ensure all upgrades - new and/or updated functionalities, processes, user experience, data flows - are reflected adequately on the training material (Manuals and User Guides) used by the staff.
- Conduct workshops, presentations and webinars for end users/stakeholders to walk through recent software updates, and ensure all stakeholders are introduced/ made familiar with all changes deployed to the systems.
- Organise trainings for new hires - as part of their on-boarding process.
- Organise trainings for existing staff - where training need is identified.
- Consolidate knowledge sharing.
- Identify need of training programmes - external and internal.
- Develop training programs for new hires/ junior team members.
- Assist Senior Management with creating long term training plans for mid and senior levels staff.
- Assist Senior Management with ideas on how to make training processes more efficient.
