We are now looking to recruit a new member to join our team in Ruse as Ecommerce order fulfilment assistant. This person will be responsible for processing eCommerce orders. Additionally, the role supports the needs of the business by focusing on the provision of excellent attention to details, collaboration with team members and inter-department synergy. Consistency in work performance, adherence to company standards and flexibility in implementing new processes are expected.
The list of the duties and responsibilities for this position are as followed:
• Ensure that price information and availability of products are correct.
• Process eCommerce orders into order management system.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately.
• Following up on the correct process of shipping the order from the Warehouse
• Tracking shipments to insure placed and processed orders are delivered between the Warehouses.
• Collaborate with team members from the WH and have a good communication
• Complete adjustments if need it in the system depending on actual stock availability
• Prepare invoices and upload documents to designated online platform.
• Assist finance team as needed with collecting documents, credit notes, shortage claims and others.
• Provide information on stock availability to other team members per request.
• Prepare different reports.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Advanced English language skills (Written and Spoken)
- Accuracy driven with strong attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret invoices.
- Familiarity with ERP system is a plus.
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Preferably experience with an ERP system/database.
- A friendly and communicative approach.
