The Senior IT Specialist will work on the design, evaluation, and running of IT technical projects for Immedis. This is a great opportunity for someone to work on leading edge projects in the area of Cloud, Office365 and AWS
Main Responsibilities:
- Work in the team to ensure the smooth running of the current production environments.
- Work with the internal customers as a technical lead on new projects that add real value to the business.
- Dealing with complex hardware and software challenges that may arise.
- Provide 3rd level support to the IT Service desk as needed.
- Become a technical expert providing valuable input to the company
- Helping shape the technical direction of the IT Infrastructure in Immedis
- To report regularly to his direct line manager for status of completion of tasks
- To be ready to learn new and different technologies, to get new certifications and to get familiar with all new systems.
- Liaising with senior management on issues that may affect the business in the assigned location.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best in class user experience
- Other duties as requested by line management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
- Good team player and at the same time be able to take sole responsibility for the tasks assigned to them
Requirements
What Are the Desired Skills:
- 3-5 years experience in with Windows or networking
- Proven skills in PowerShell scripting
- Good knowledge of Office365
- Experience with AWS would be an advantage
- Great problem solving
- Good Customer focus
