The Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages client assignments end-to-end, from the initial briefing through the successful completion of the placed candidate’s probationary period. The role is responsible for service quality, candidate experience, and placement revenue.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages client assignments end-to-end, from the initial briefing through the successful completion of the placed candidate’s probationary period. The role is responsible for service quality, candidate experience, and placement revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather client briefs, including work environment, company culture, and position challenges.
- Define target candidate profiles, mandatory criteria, and preferred qualifications with clients.
- Formalize job requirements, fees, and assignment timelines.
- Write job advertisements reflecting the client’s brand positioning.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, direct approaches, talent pools, and employee referrals to source candidates.
- Work with Talent Acquisition Coordinators on candidate sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool.
