Job Description
- Manage and resolve cases related to contract administration, order fulfillment, customer support, billing, and service cancellations.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to handle contract-related questions and resolve operational issues.
- Assist with billing and credit procedures, ensuring accuracy and prompt resolution of any discrepancies.
- Monitor cancellation and customer retention activities, effectively addressing complaints and cancellation requests.
- Deliver high-quality customer support and manage inquiries across multiple communication channels.
Requirements & Skills
- Fluency in German - C1;
- Very good level of English - B2;
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Professional background in customer support or telecommunication.
