Job Description

  • Manage and resolve cases related to contract administration, order fulfillment, customer support, billing, and service cancellations.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to handle contract-related questions and resolve operational issues.
  • Assist with billing and credit procedures, ensuring accuracy and prompt resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Monitor cancellation and customer retention activities, effectively addressing complaints and cancellation requests.
  • Deliver high-quality customer support and manage inquiries across multiple communication channels.

Requirements & Skills

  • Fluency in German - C1;
  • Very good level of English - B2;
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Professional background in customer support or telecommunication.
