Job Description

The labor contract will be with Interpay, Bulgaria.
The role:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Effectively communicate project plans, requirements and status updates to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing working documents throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Read and understand technical documentation and capture the requirements and benefits for cross-functional teams to understand in simplified but well documented project briefs/charters, and vice versa.
- Ensuring solutions meet or exceed business needs and requirements.
- Lead functional testing effots and support users during user acceptance testing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, time management and accuracy required.
- Development of functional and non functional requirements.
- Model systems to a physical level, user interface design, prototyping, decision tables/ trees and data flows.
- Modelling notation (UML, Structured, BPMN).
- Knowledge of technology systems interfacings, application architecture and data integration.
- Data extracting, transformation and loading (ETL), database management systems (DMS), output (report) design and data queries (SQL).
Requirements
- 2 years relevant experience in a BA role in a fast paced business environment.
- Experience working in scrum/ agile environments would be a major plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, consistently delivering results despite competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, including how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills plus the ability to interact with executives, managers and subject matter experts.
