Job Description

Job Title: Product Owner

Type of employment: Permanent / Full time (40 hours a week)
Location: Remote from Bulgaria (offices in Varna is available) - candidate must already have the residence and the right to work in the country.

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and experienced Product Owner to hit the ground running, having ownership of the delivery of new carrier integrations. You will be part of a growing Product team of ten who contribute to the work across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Represent the business needs and requirements to drive carrier integration and development through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Work with cross-functional delivery teams, to develop detailed product, business, and technical requirements for Carriers and 3PL Partners.
  3. Regularly groom the backlog in conjunction with the stakeholders.
  4. Promote the adoption of Agile Scrum which leads to the efficient delivery of valuable Product solutions in an iterative manner.
  5. Communicate regularly with other Product Owners to ensure alignment of deliverables where there are intra-team dependencies.
  6. Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand our Customer’s and Carrier’s needs.

Requirements

  • Right to work or VISA required. We can't sponsor candidates on this occasion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner and SDLC.
  • Contributed to the successful integration of multiple carriers on a SaaS platform.
  • Data driven quantitative analysis skills. Strong analytical ability to use data, to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive actions.

Highly preferable skills / knowledge:

  • Master’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Experience working in both domestic and international logistics industries.
  • Experience working with carrier aggregator solutions.
  • Excellent team motivator to ensure delivery dates are met.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking the initiative to get the job done.
