Affiliate Team Leader

With the rapid expansion of our Bulgarian office, we are looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team as a Affiliate Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of affiliate account managers
- Set and track KPIs to achieve budget, FTD count and ROI goals
- Provide training and support to affiliate account managers.
- Conduct market research and identify new affiliate marketing opportunities
- Oversee the performance of affiliate managers and affiliate’s campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key affiliates
- Negotiate deals and sign new contract with key affiliates.
- Analyze data and report on results
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Represent the company at industry events
Requirements
- 3+ years in a management role.
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
- 3+ years of experience in the online gambling industry.
- Proven track record of success in growing affiliate marketing programs and achieving ROI goals.
- Strong understanding of the online gambling industry
- Salesman with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English. Addition language (Spanish, French, Italian) is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
