Description:
This role as part of the learning and development team works to enhance Immedis platform amp; process knowledge for the benefit of new-hires, existing staff and customers. The specialist will be involved in the design amp; delivery of training programs to ensure an engaging and effective learning experience for internal staff amp; external clients.


This role has working from home and working from office options, depending on business needs and individuals’ preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop amp; maintain training programmes for Immedis internal teams amp; external customers
  • Develop amp; maintain high quality training content such as presentations, assessments, videos etc.
  • Plan amp; deliver training to new hires amp; existing Immedis staff
  • Maintain our training register of courses provided amp; attendance
  • With Immedis training management ensure all courses (in person amp; online) are run effectively
  • Attend meetings amp; demonstrations ensuring the training teams platform knowledge is current
  • Assist training manager with long term planning of certificate programmes amp; training services
  • Assist the management with updating reports, new hire administration amp; general admin

Requirements

Skill requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple projects to deadline
  • Professional amp; positive attitude
  • A passion for training and development of self and others
  • Ability to quickly understand processes and identify training needs
  • Ability to build amp; maintain relationships with immedis teams and customers

Advantage but not required:

  • Experience working in a multinational company
  • 2- or 3-years relevant experience in a training role
  • Experience with LMS administration
  • Video editing experience such as Camtasia studio
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or Active Presenter
